We had to wait 45 minutes after checking in for a room (which was after 3pm). Then we went up and tried several times to open our room but the key didn’t work. After a few minutes someone opened the door to the room the front desk had written on our card and said they already had the room. I had to go back downstairs to the desk. They showed the room was empty and so the employee went up to the room personally to find it occupied. So needless to say it was a hectic first hour. Everything else was great.

Not clean room, also it was a bunch of hair of someone else in the bathroom before we use it. The bed it was really bad, like old... nobody do the room at the next day so i have to go to the lobby for pick up myself new towells. Theres a smell of marihuana on the walkinside rooms. Really bad experience i dont gonna back and for sure im gonna tell my experiencie to my friends to advice them.

My first time traveling from the east coast all by myself. The staff from Rick to Oscar to JJ and Yesenia made me feel like family. Additionally,the restaurant staff is amazing at setting the tone for your morning. This Courtyard far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend nice team..I cannot forget to mention their 5 star plus treament.. Rick pops fresh popcorn super delicious and hot cocoa with marshmallows which fit owefect for a damo raining day. Nicely done!!!

Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately greeted by front desk. Checkin was smooth. The room was clean, spacious... basically immaculate! I travel frequently to SD and each time I stayed in different hotels. (Stayed at a different hotel in SD last week--I won't mention name--with higher rating but it was a disaster!) I am very particular when in hotels and have a discerning eye for detail and this hotel deserves better rating overall.
