We enjoyed the stay, the room was kept cleaned all the time, it was a good stay. Food was really food at the restaurant, we had breakfast there and they had good variety and it was delicious

No shampoo in the bathroom, called down but no-one came. Called again the next day and finally got some. Coffee machine was spitting out white flakes in abundance, it was gross, needs to be replaced. TV had dark spots top left and right corner needs to be replaced. Cigarette butts all over outside the front door. Staff were great, o issues with staff, just with the property.

The stay here for the price was great. We were able to comfortably stay in a suite with our daughter and baby and still had a bit of privacy and not crammed. The hotel is old and very dirty but for the price that was pretty much expected. Would stay again:)

Dirty & Disappointing

Save your money. Probably the worse hotel room experience I’ve ever had. I travel quite a bit and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Torn sheets, rust in tub, odd mildew odor in the room, AC did not work, carpets were completely stained, crumbs and dirt under the furniture, water damage on bathroom door, paint chipping, black smudges on walls. Horrendous. For three night it’s cost almost $1k (totally overpriced for the condition of this place). Run away! Go stay at the Sheraton down the street!!!
