The hotel was rundown and really not what I expect from a Hilton. Our couch leg was broken, the mirror was chipped , the door over the fridge cabinet did not close, the drain in the bathtub was broke, the vent was all bent up and the room smelled of dog urine. The parking garage looked like an abandoned building and I was charged $33 for no security and the arms to the gate were up my entire stay so anyone could come and go. I was very disappointed and will not stay here again.

The worst and most unprofessional place ever.

Please don’t stay here. We checked in and the gentleman at the front desk asked if we were parking at the hotel and we said no. We did street parking and he said usually it’s not available but if it was we were free to park there. Anyhow, the hotel rooms are filthy and dirty. I couldn’t wait to leave. We checked out 4 nights later and I got a charge for the parking. Called the hotel to see what was going on and they refused to help me, they said since it was posted already they can’t refund me. They never even sent me a receipt. The lady on the phone hung up the phone on me. So unprofessional. Seriously the worst experience ever.
