It is unreasonable to pay 33 dollars a day for payed parking for a day also the parking garage does not accomandate SUV's the turns are to close.

Expedia cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Hotel agent was great. He was able to fix it but it was a pain and took quite a while. Got to hotel room, no wash cloths or hand towels. Had to call 3 times to get them. Sofabed was broken and you could hear next door room like they were in your room.

Check in was super easy they even gave cookies so the kids enjoyed that not to big on paying for a hotel and then on top of that having to pay for my car to be parked at that hotel 33 a night and if you have a larger vehicle don’t bother parking in the garage you will for sure scrape your vehicle and their little store pricing is outrages the hotel salad was watery but everyone was super nice

Stayed as a kid years ago and it was a nice upscale hotel, now it’s just falling apart and absolutely needs a huge renovation. Parking isn’t toooo bad but boy does that parking structure need to be demolished. Must’ve been built when everyone was driving around in tiny roadsters and pintos. Also there’s no convenient way to cross from the structure to the hotel. All in all the staff is fantastic but dang, if I owned that hotel, I’d be very embarrassed.
