The room was very old. The walls were damaged, paint was faded and in poor repair. The bathroom shower /tub area was cracked and peeling. The worst part is the broom absolutely smelled heavily of smoke. I should’ve realized the red flags when I showed up and all the windows and fans were on in the location. Unfortunately, I arrived fairly late and staff indicated there were no other rooms available. Which I know was not true. Overall, this was my worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and will never go back to this or any other extended stay again.

Not as advertised re the Expedia photos! Morning breakfast? No way. Black coffee, hot water and packets of instant oatmeal. Shrink wrapped "muffins." Loud heater.

This property is beat down, stains on the carpet , part so the bathroom counter missing. And it claims that it has breakfast "included" however their breakfast is a 5 ft table with couple of coffee machines and a small basket of power bars or maybe muffins.. Very disappointing. The first morning walking to the lobby to get the "included breakfast" I was greeted by 3 police officers that were there to "handle" a couple of guests. If you can "stay away"

The Extended Stay hotel suites my needs just fine; clean, everything worked (I had to switch to this hotel immediately, the one I was staying at none of the tvs on their property worked!) I just wish they had a Keurig coffee maker. I stayed in a hotel in LA recently that had a mini Keurig looked like was made for hotels. But for the most part I recommend this hotel.

Cheap but dated.

I had never stayed at this chain before. It was cheaper than hotels nearby. I was excited when I arrived and the exterior building and complex looked okay. However, the bathtub was cracked with paint chipped away, condition was quite poor. No bathroom amenities - and needed to go to lobby service desk to obtain. Service at lobby was friendly. I will not be staying at this chain in the future. Quite depressing.

The bed sheets were dirty and the thermostat did not work. We had to unplug the A/C in order to get it to stop. The toilet did not work properly as well. There were no trash cans either.

I would not recommend staying here. It is advertised as an extended stay- the only thing it has is a dingy kind of kitchen. No plates, silverware, pots etc. Nothing to "extend" your stay. The room had a horrible stuffy smell. Linens are worn out, and the entire place is very dated.
