Took advantage of the hotel shuttle from the airport, and we had an early flight before their morning shuttle hours, but they use orange cab with a $10 flat rate to the airport, which was fine with us. Clean facility and friendly and helpful staff.

Staff friendly, nice property, decent breakfasts. I frequently stay at Hampton Inns, and this is the first time I was charged $25/night parking. Yes, it's in the volumes of info on their page, but I didn't see it. They should have told me when I checked in, but didn't, so it was a surprise at the end. I needed handicapped parking, which they had, but I'm surprised they could charge for this. Ultimately, had I known, I could have dropped off the rental car the night before and taken the shuttle to the airport, saving some money on the rental as well as the additional $50 they charged. I travel all the time and have never had to pay for parking like this before. It wasn't even a covered area, and I was not using valet parking at all. I was disappointed that they were not more forthcoming about this when I gave them our rental car info. Otherwise, it was a great facility, but the parking situation, since it was not clearly communicated, took away from all that.

Staff was super courteous and they even have a shuttle to the airport, I arrived much earlier than anticipated, I had just had surgery done the front desk let me get my room early instead of us waiting till 3, the beds are super comfortable and they have a fire pit table along with a heated pool and fitness room, I would totally stay here again

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The TV had so many options that I was even able to find my hometown soccer team playing a match in Guatemala, which was really unexpected. The front desk crew was super friendly at check in (thank you Katherine!) and of course breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that they charged $25 a night to park my car in their huge parking lot.
