The staff was courteous even when there were people waiting. They were helpful with dining options. The airport shuttle service was prompt and courteous despite what those that didn’t abide by the rules would say. When booking the shuttle we were informed that we needed to be ready a few minutes before departure; however, apparently others think that doesn’t apply to them. Kudos to the shuttle driver for staying on time. I felt safe when walking around the property which was nicely landscaped. The beds were oh so comfortable and the water pressure was nice. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Hotel and room was clean but smelled like it may have also been a pet-friendly room. Complimentary breakfast was mediocre.... no protein (no bacon, sausage...) just country gravy that had bits of sausage but not everyone likes that heavy gravy.
