Everything was fine until my wife and I discovered her Phillips Sonicare toothbrush (worth approx. $140) was left in the room we stayed in. When I spoke with the Housekeeping Manager (Ray), he was rude, dismissive and defensive. At first the staff stated they didn’t find our items, and then when they checked again, they recovered the toothbrush case, but our expensive toothbrush was missing. We will never stay there again. Hard pass.
