Beautiful property, location, and views. I attended a conference at the resort, and the facilities and staff were very good. Finding dinner was a problem for me. The "Market" and the small restaurant near my room both closed at 5pm, before I got out of the conference. The only food option at the resort was the restaurant on the far end of the campus. I am disabled and walk with a cane, and this presented a real hardship after being on my feet for much of the day at the conference. This restaurant does not offer room delivery of any kind. I ended up eating popcorn and protein bars from the gift shop for dinner two nights. Please make the entire resort, particularly food options, more accessible to the disabled. Thank you.

In short, a bit of a boring place if you like to stay up past 8 o’clock. Decent home base location if you want to venture into different parts of the city. But mostly for parents with really young kids who want quiet and simple. Pool area is pretty nice but usually too cold in the winter to swim. Notably dated compared to what the photos will look like online.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt and were able to revisit our engagement memory from 25 years ago. We were close enough to walk, run, or drive to the bay and beach and we did all three. Beds comfortable, pools were fun, and check in was easy, we even got a cot, Parking was high so working that into some sort of resort fee where the customer gets something extra would be a better way to budget that in and leave us feeling better about $50 extra a day. Will be back again!

They should let guests know ahead of there are conferences being held during your stay. People in surrounding rooms don't care about being courteous. People in room next to us was on business calls half the night and early am. People are rude and don't care about others. If you work go to your office.to your office

Great view, comfortable, but limited food options

We had a great trip, we came to town to go to sea world and the zoo and chose this hotel for marina veiw and walkable to one of our location destinatios. Room was a beautiful view, and comfortable. Sun rise is gorgeous, my daughter loved seeing the boats go in and out and the airport in the distance we saw planes coming and going as well. Sea world is like a 30min walk. Google maps was helpful with that. Our biggest complaint is lack of food options. The pelican is closed early so you have to go to red merlin which is expensive. We lucked out during this stay my daughter was able to keep most of her cool. She has autism and sometimes long restaurant stays make her upset. Some quick bites and drinks for the room in the evening would have made it so much better, especially with a kid in our group. We door dashed some snacks and drinks but that seems so silly to do and was the first we've had to do at a hotel. :/ maybe we just missed where this kind of thing was there but i feel like we would have passed it at some point. Theres a starbucks kind of coffee shop thar closes early on the boardwalk too. Check in was a breeze and leaving as well, we utilized the drop box on way out.

Fun weekend for a weekend getaway with kids

It’s was a fun place to stay as a family for the weekend. Not the highest quality of property. The rooms were average. They didn’t have enough storage for longer than a weekend. The closets are small and the bathroom was a little small. We loved playing at the pool and the restaurants options were good.

Extra Fees

The stay was amazing, I just didnt like all the hidden fees I had to pay, honestly what my receipt thru hotels show did not reflect to what I end up paying at the resort. I was really excited when I book thru Hotels but once I got there and saw it was going to be more I did get a little disappointed overall it was an excellent stay is just the extra I had to pay that kill the mood.
