Please don’t stay here

Stay at this motel for about four days before was kicked out with no explanation other than my service animal was too rowdy. Then when I got my bill I went through was looking at the itemized list and got charged $14 for 13 second local phone call and then I got charged a dollar for 0 second local phone call When called to ask about these charges was given attitude and hung up on. This was literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed because the staff is terrible. They are rude judgmental and racist. I’ve never been so offended nor has my service animal. We will never stay there again and recommend highly that no one else does either, and both restaurant and bar have roaches.

Our Go-To Hotel for Business Travel

We've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips in San Diego, and each visit has been great. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the rooms are always clean. While it's not a fancy hotel, it’s reliable, comfortable, and works perfectly for our crew while they're working in the area. We'll definitely be booking here again!
