Probably will never stay at this hotel again for as long as i did just really didnt feel like booking a hotel with another carrier. Lots of weird traffic in and out of here but I realize that's the case everywhere on hotel circle south. Was able to move around and work quietly in my room while here on business with no disruptions. Grateful I had my own hotspot and was able to use the laundry room at days inn....made it work!

It was a horrible check-in. Our room keys didn’t work. And the refunded the 100 deposit on each room only to recharge my card! If the deposits for each room doesn’t get put back on each card. I will file a fraud report on the hotel.

Pros Excellent employees work here... everyone, from housekeeping, front desk, to maintenance were all absolutely fantastic. Clean rooms. Well maintained. Updated bathrooms and decor, premium towels. Cons Unfortunately many of the guests during my stay had a vagrant feel to them. Homelessless has gotten worse around Hotel Circle South in general. Had to switch rooms due to several unruly guest. Smoking outside rooms rather than near the fence. Guest Laundry left much to be desired and was quite expensive.

Overall it was comfortable tho scary everytime we use the elevator because of a sound coming from it.We always thought we'd be trap inside or it will suddenly drop.Front desk ladies are so nice esp.the one assigned today morning.Very friendly,even offered us a take out coffee Close to Old Town but my husband almost always miss the exit going to hotel circle.Very comfortable for the price with bonus breakfast.Thank you,will come back for sure.
