Front desk was very helpful. Dinner server was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was not $20 (as stated online prior to purchasing), it is a 10% discount at the Firefly restaurant. Nice pools, bay suites were worth the stay while the garden rooms were dated.

The staff members are very helpful. When I talked to them the pillows are a little bit firm to me because I like the very soft pillows they quickly brought me two down filled softer pillows to me. The room is very clean and the garden view is so beautiful. We all felt comfortable and relaxed when we were leaving at The Dana. Thanks for your best service! We will be back when we visit San Diego next time.
