We had a wonderful stay! Staff was more than accommodating. The rooms were clean however we did not have a refrigerator in our room or a coffee maker, but it was very friendly and inviting and the courtyard was great and the continental breakfast was wonderful! If I find myself back in San Francisco I will definitely stay again

The front desk staff was kind and polite. The location is great, the linens were clean and in good condition. The pillows and bed were a bit of an issue but is minor and I still slept comfortably. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a block a way from cobb’s comedy club and a short distance from north beach.

Perfectly located, wonderful staff, love the coffee and hot chocolate. Even know they are remodeling some rooms to include full bathroom my stay was wonderful as always. Booking with Orbitz gives you the best prices. I recommend eating or just sitting at the bar downstairs. 10 minutes walk to China town . Trader Joe’s around the corner.

Easy check in and check out. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in walking distance of Fishermans warf,pier 39 and Lombard street. The communal showers were new to me but they were very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location
