Last resort hotel

When I went down for breakfast the front desk attendant was stirring the water with a stick. The frozen breakfast (food poisoning alert) was left out with no directions & staff didn’t speak English. At check-in I asked for credit card for incidentals. Turns out the $100 they hold, they are really taking for the $20 parking that’s not mentioned. There is no light above the shower so it’s pretty dark if you get the 2 queens rooms.

Rave/ music festival in the parking lot til 2am. Hard to even get in hotel building due to all the people blocking the doors. No sleep possible until party was over, horrible experience

A gem of a place

What a great find! I've definitely spent a lot more for a lot less. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, with fresh baked goods, fruit, & coffee. The room felt clean and fresh with plenty of amenities. Little decorative touches around the property added to the ambiance of what could have easily looked like a basic Motel 6 if not fir the obvious care of the owners. We were just passing through for the night, but I would definitely stay here again if I were visting the area.

The staff were nice, but there were two big issues with my stay. The first one is that the Wi-Fi just didn't work at all in my room, or my floor for that matter. It was perfectly fine in the lobby and gym but not my room. The second and much bigger issue is that my room's safe didn't work. They got someone from maintenance over, but didn't fix it so I had to carry my passport and wallet around all week.
