It has 2 beds and a bathroom and a living room with a sofa that can also be converted into a sofa bed, this space being also ideal for 3 people. A current design and with good qualities. Reformed in 2019 but it keeps the details that will transport you to the past while enjoying its current freshness. It has all the comforts, private bathroom and TV for each one. Each room is fully air-conditioned. The interior patio is an ideal place to enjoy. A/C-WIFI.

It is a place that we think you will always return to when you go to Seville.The house has 6 spaces where there is no kitchen since we believe that the ideal is to eat and have breakfast in the countless bars, restaurants and cafes in the area.Sometimes the owners of this beautiful house live in the last apartment of the attic, and since it is divided into small 'apartments', everyone enjoys total privacy.If you are looking for a place to be comfortable and close to everything as well as where you can enjoy when you are relaxed, this is your place.
