As you arrive, the home's distinctive Mediterranean charm immediately captivates you, while the beautifully maintained garden guides you to the spacious patio, where a private hot tub awaits, perfectly positioned to offer panoramic views of the tranquil river Hamble.
Step inside to discover a bright and airy open plan living space, where tasteful décor and abundant natural light set the stage for relaxation. The living area, designed for both comfort and entertainment, features a large flat-screen TV and a selection of board games, ensuring fun for all ages.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, boasting high-end appliances, generous counter space and sleek finishes. Just beyond, the dining area provides a stylish and inviting setting, complete with a spacious table that comfortably accommodates all guests.
The home features four elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms, two of which are designed with king-size beds, one of which can be made into two single beds, making them ideal for families or groups. The remaining two bedrooms offer spacious king-size beds, one of which can also be configured into twin beds.
