The worst…. Photos online are not an accurate depiction of the property. The yard is a dilapidatedMess- rotting deck, fence, over grown, dirty … horrible, unusable. Sheets and towels are old, thread barren and gross, bed in second room is broken, linens, pillows and beds are not clean looking or feeling. The fix is a completely overhaul. This is a chronic condition of the property, not fixable in a 2 day stay. Will be reporting to VRBO for false representation of property - will post back yard pictures. We had a very busy weekend - I let the host know when we left we were very disappointed and knew these issues could not be resolved in our two day stay we were stuck… the host declined any compensation back citing he didn’t have a chance to address the issues while we were there… the photos online as published are a lie…there was even a spider painted into the wall- dead bugs, it was dirty… the host had to know the pictures are not consistent with reality, give me a break! This is what the back yard actually looks like - compare to the advertised photos! A total lie. So frustrating.

Property not clean not cool and not well-maintained

We had bugs. We had no air conditioning. We had damaged doors to closets and we had no towels, and it was not clean. We we did not stay more than 15 minutes in the property and asked for refund several times with no response.
