This spacious basement level apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of houserville only 3 miles from Beaver Stadium, 7 min drive. The entrance is behind the main house and it’s own separate space most of the amenities are new from the floors to the furniture and extra clean! We are continuing to renovate and making the space better. Currently the apartment features a queen bed, kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. we’ll leave an extra queen size air mattress for additional guests in the closet. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
