The villa has a private parking space covered by pergolas, with the main entrance to the villa located on its left side. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious, air-conditioned living room, elegantly furnished with a luxurious sofa, LCD SAT TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy stays during the winter months – an ideal space for relaxation at any time of the year.

Immediately adjacent to the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes: microwave, oven and stove, extractor fan, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery and drinkware, espresso and filter coffee machine, blender, mixer, kettle, dining table with 6 chairs. This area also has a bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating, hairdryer, and towels.

The living space is connected by large glass walls to the outdoor courtyard, which is landscaped with Dalmatian stone walls and greenery, featuring a private pool surrounded by loungers and an umbrella, as well as a covered outdoor dining area with a table and a barbecue – the perfect spot to enjoy warm summer evenings.

On the first floor of this Brač villa, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (one king size, one queen size), Wi-Fi, LCD SAT TV, wardrobes, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Brač landscape and the sea. The rooms also feature blackout curtains. On the first floor, there is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, a hairdryer, and towels.
