1st bedroom: 1x Queen bed ,master bedroom with A/C and ensuite bathroom.
2nd bedroom: 1 x Queen bed with A/C
3rd bedroom: 1 x Queen bed with A/C
4th bedroom: 1x Queen bed with A/C
One full bathroom with shower/toilet located at upstairs master bedroom
2nd 0.5 bathroom located at upstairs hallway with toliet only.
3rd bathroom located at 2nd floor hallway with shower/bathtub
4th 0.5 bathroom located at downstairs next to kitchen.
Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge etc...
Hair Dryer, Iron and washing machine provided.

** You can park one car in the garage or on the driveyway just in front of the garage, or you could park on the street just outside of the house, it's free parking.
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during your stay.
You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.
Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.
Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater are switched off.
Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.

*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.
*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
Please note service animals is allowed as accompany, but any other pets please send us a message to stated about your furry kids before you book. Thank you
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
