Super comfortable and updated family-style home in the coveted Dollar Point neighborhood.

Updated facade, fenced back yard. Enter into the great room with plush couches and new 46' Flatscreen DirecTV/DVD/VHS, new gas fireplace, CD player, games. and dining table for 6 plus kitchen counter stools. The living room joins the updated kitchen, with full appointments!

On the same level are two bedrooms with new beds and TV/DVD/VHS, one with a queen and one with two twins, plus a full bath between. Each bedroom has its own wireless DirecTV.

Upstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and TV/VHS, then another full bath and the largest bedroom at the end of the hall has a new king bed! This bedroom also has a small lofted area that looks out through the living room to a peak of the lake.

Best of all, your dog can join the fun and stay in this pet-friendly unit! Back deck with new patio table and propane grill available for use during summer months.

Parking is limited to 4 spaces.

GOOD TO KNOW (important details)
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable) • Do not make any beds • Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!) • Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows • Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable) • Return keys to HRG Lockbox.

Family get away

Nice place to stay, no air conditioning, but as long as you open the front door and back door and all the windows downstairs, there’s a nice breeze that comes through. We were able to barbecue and play games, neighbors were nice. Quiet night just how we like it. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because electricity went out.

Great location and neighborhood. Would’ve gave it 5 stars except there were spiders everywhere. A full on family of spiders were in the sink and they were huge. More on the walls in the hallways and in the bathrooms. Needless to stay we had to check the entire house for more spiders which was not a pleasant way to spend our first hour in the home. There was also a dead bird in the back patio which had not recently died so should’ve been removed. We have small children and a dog so we had to double check the yard for other creatures. Would’ve liked at least our cleaning cost refunded to us.

Looks better than the pictures! Old School Tahoe for sure! Living space is open and friendly. You can tell it is dog friendly, but if you have dogs you don't care. Our two 10 lb critters loved it. We would recommend enough as we might be back if our needs require!

Grainier house at Dollar Point

Very nice house. Well laid out and nicely furnished. Nice back yard. Very enjoyable 3 days. We will rent it again.
