No A/C and unresponsive property manager

Stayed overnight, no A/C when I got here even though it was advertised as an amenity. No answer from host either after reaching out multiple times. 82 the entire time in the apartment and humidity very high. After reaching out to VRBO for assistance they have informed me that any sort of reconciliation is at the discretion of the host (who still has not responded to myself OR the VRBO agents that have reached out). Expected better from VRBO but aftering reaching out to them a few times as well I’m hesitant to expect they’ll be doing the right thing.

Read before you stay

No communication before stay and no check in details until 2 hours before stay. Pretty scary not knowing if you have a place to stay when you get off the plane. Parking is non-existent. You have to park car on street and hope you can find a spot. Drove around for over 30 minutes a few times to park car.
