This cozy apartment features 1 bedroom and a walk-in closet, perfect for your stay in Tangier. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric stove, and refrigerator with freezer, plus a laundry machine for added convenience. - The establishment is entirely non-smoking; the rooftop terrace is the only area where smoking is permitted. Any guest caught smoking or having smoked in the room will incur a fine of €100.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the neighbors.
- Check-in: between 3 PM and 7 PM; Check-out: by 11 AM. Arrival and departure times can be adjusted if discussed with us in advance. Any late check-in after 7 PM will incur a fee of €10, payable in cash or by card at check-in.
- Only those listed at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the guesthouse.
- Guest registration: To ensure safety and comply with local legislation, all guests must be registered upon arrival. Please have your passport or ID ready for this process.
- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed. Additionally, outside visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
- In accordance with Moroccan legislation, specifically Article 490, we cannot accommodate unmarried couples if one partner is of Moroccan nationality, unless a valid marriage certificate is presented.
- As a guest, you agree to respect Moroccan law and understand that these laws may differ from those in your country.
- Guests whose behavior is disrespectful to the guesthouse, other guests, or violates Moroccan law may be asked to leave without compensation or refund. This ensures a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
- No outsiders allowed inside the property. If you allow anyone inside the property who is not a guest or without asking for permission, you will be asked to leave immediatly and no refund will be given.
