The Space

The Fefo room is designed to be your private sanctuary, offering a seamless blend of traditional charm and modern amenities.



The Room

The bedroom features a cozy, beautifully designed bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and plenty of natural light. It includes a private, en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in cabin shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap). Bathrobes are also provided for your comfort. The entire room and bathroom are completely private for your exclusive use.



Living Area & Kitchen

Guests have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen to prepare meals, which includes an oven and standard cooking utensils. The adjoining shared living space features a comfortable two-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island. For entertainment or remote work, the space is equipped with a Smart TV and high-speed, stable fiber-optic WiFi (~65 Mbps).



Smart Climate Control

To ensure a pleasant stay while respecting the environment, the accommodation features integrated air conditioning exclusively in the bedroom, with both cooling and heating modes. The climate control operates on standard timers within a centralized adjustment system to maintain an optimal ambient temperature of 24°C throughout the year (no physical remote control is available). However, settings can be slightly adapted to suit the preference of each guest during their stay.



Outdoor Spaces

The room opens up directly onto a pleasant outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs. Overlooking the garden, patio, or pool, it is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine.



Guest Access & Shared Common Areas

While your room and bathroom are completely private, La Casa del Medianero consists of six private rooms. As our guest, you will enjoy shared access to our beautiful communal facilities.



The heated saltwater pool is kept at a pleasant 24°C all year round. Pool hours are from 09:00 to 19:00 from April to October, and from 09:00 to 18:00 from November to March. Guests can also enjoy the sun terrace and gardens, which feature beautifully landscaped patios designed for soaking up the Lanzarote sun.



A barbecue area is available for guest use and is perfect for open-air dining, though please note that charcoal and cooking utensils are not provided. The washing machine is for communal use and is located in this barbecue area. For drying your clothes, each guest has their own dedicated washing line on the wall located on the patio or garden side. Free, hassle-free on-site parking is available inside the property.



Location & Surroundings

Mácher is a quiet, authentic village in southern Lanzarote, perfectly positioned for seamless sightseeing.

For nature and attractions, the volcanic wonders of Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are just a 15-minute drive away. Local conveniences are also just a few minutes away, including supermarkets, local restaurants serving authentic Canarian cuisine, petrol stations, and the historic village church.

Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is before 11:00.

The base rate covers up to two guests. Fefo is intimately designed for couples or solo travelers and does not accommodate additional guests.

Sheets, bath towels, pool-beach towels, and kitchen cloths are all provided for your stay. Only for stays of longer than one week, we provide a courtesy cleaning service, which includes a change of bed linen and towels along with a light refresh of the accommodation.
