Rowyn's Resort - Cabin w/ Hot Tub Lakeside Retreat

ESCAPE to Lake Nokomis! This is a beautiful cabin by the lake with exclusive hot tub & dock access!

Relax with the whole family and explore all the Northwoods has to offer. The Cottage is a part of Rowyn's Resort which has 200 ft of waterfrontage, and the ATV/Snowmobile trails go through the front of the retreat.

The Cottage has 1 master bedroom, 1 bunk room, and 2 standard rooms. There is a deck, fire pit, grill, open concept dinning, and also a walk out basement.

Rowyn's Resort also has a common/game room and kayaks.

Pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies. We allow maximum of three dogs per stay.

Fire Pit and Grill

For the grill, guests need to buy their own charcoal or propane. Guests should not leave the grill dirty, there would be an additional charge if left unclean.

For the fire pit, guest need to buy their own firewood and bring their own lighter or matches. We do not provide these. Fire on the fire pit should be extinguished before heading off.

Pet Policy additions:
1. We don't allow cats due to family allergies
2. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
3. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the home.
4. Pet droppings must be picked up before departure

• Bring your own wood for the fire pit
• Check-in: 4 PM onwards
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Park within the premises or resort parking
• Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Clean as you go
• Do not damage the property
• Always prioritize safety
• Clean grill after use ($50 additional fee if left dirty)
• No parties or events allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is not followed

Hot Tub Rules:

• Shower or bathe with soap before entering the hot tub
• Use clean swimwear - Never use street clothes
• Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns
• Limit time spent soaking (Maximum 45 minutes)
• Glass. Don't do it - Ever. Trust us.
• Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• No children under 6 years old please
• Please close the cover of the hot tub if you are not using it

You use the hot tub at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for your safety whilst you are using the hot tub. You will be held responsible for any damage.

We would like to inform that for refunds, the amount will depend on the total payout that was received less applicable fees (Platform Service Fees and Processing Fees (Stripe)

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The family-friendly cottage also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
