This beautiful four bedroom property has a lovely open plan living area that extends out onto the same level raised decking looking over the surrounding area.

The property is approximately 10 minutes walk from Maidencombe beach and The Thatched Tavern, THATCHEDTAVERNDEVON.CO.UK a picturesque 17th century Inn. Further afield a short drive, or take the coastal path for a good walk is Shaldon and Teignmouth or the other way to Babbacombe, Torquay and Torbay .

Were located off the coast road between Teignmouth and Torquay and 10 minuites drive will easily get you to either. Or walk down the lane a while and find Stokeinteighhead, the villiage church dates from the 14th century and there are over 50 listed buildings here. You will also find the Old Church house Inn, great food, and a small shop. This whole area linked by country lanes is full of old English hamlets and keep going to reach the banks of the river Teign.
A large grassed garden is at the rear. In the warmer weather there will be ample garden furniture for relaxing with the bi-fold doors open to join the open plan lounge and kitchen to the decking.

There are two bathrooms, downstairs is a bath and overhead shower and upstairs has a large walk in shower. The spacious Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom upstairs has a single bed with the option for a superking. The third bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds or a super king. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. All linen and towels are provided. In the lounge are 2 sofas and 2 arm chairs. Bi-fold doors open the lounge to the outside decking.

We make sure it is spic and span for guests and will do our utmost to make it the most pleasant stay for you so please make it your destination.

Very lovely stay!

We had a lovely weekend staying at the house. It has everything we needed and Claire was a great host, giving us all the information we needed and checking everything was ok. Would definitely recommend!
