"Glamorous hotel, faded in places and could do with a little refurb in the bedroom corridors and around the pool, but we had a lovely stay, the facilities are great and our room was well-appointed. Great location, right next to the station and lovely view of Torquay. We will definitely return."

"This hotel was a great find in Torquay. 10min walk from the Harbour/ Beach although note to others it’s up a steep hill. The spa was fantastic and even better within the price of room, you are given towels, bath robes and flip flops to use which was a lovely touch. Ladies - not only are there hair dryers but hair straighteners in the spa changing room! We didn’t eat at the Hotel so can’t advise but the tea/coffee tray has an endless selection of herbs teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Our room was on the ground floor by the roadside and you couldn’t hear anyone so lovely and quiet. Will definitely return when we have a night free from the kids!"
