Good location for town and good facilities although some slight updating required on decoration but nothing major,impressed with friendliness of staff and parking easy as designated space provided which was great.

Lovely, friendly, hotel with very good facilities

Pros: As above.
Cons: The heating in the room.
Location: The location was very handy for the Theatre, sea front, and many eating places.
We had a lovely,comfortable very clean room with excellent amenities although the heating could have been better.The hotel staff could not be more helpful and obliging. Breakfast was excellent.

Central hotel, breakfast included.

Pros: Our room was lovely with a huge bathroom, we stayed in November and enjoyed the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi close to Torquay and short walk from The Princess Theatre 🎭. Breakfast was included in the price.
Cons: The indoor pool area could do with being redecorated but was clean. The wknd we stayed they ran out of orange juice at breakfast and the plates for the buffet full breakfast were stone cold.They we're having upgrading work done so will probably go back due to the location and the staff on reception we're very welcoming and helpful.
Location: Close to Torquay beach and harbour, short walk to Princess Theatre, good spot to tour Torbay area.

Needs Updating

Cons: The decor was out of date.
Location: Location was excellent,bus stops right outside.
This hotel is in need of a desperate update.The walls were peeling in the bathroom,and the room in general wanted redecorating.

Es ist sauber. Personal ist freundlich.Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, mann hrt jeden Schritt und jede Bewegung vom Nachbarszimmer. Auch sonst ist es hier zimlich laut.
