Great Service - Fab Location

Check in was quick and easy. Room was sooooo hot due to all glass fronted room which had been in direct sunlight all day with the curtains open. Asked for another room which was provided without fuss. 5 min walk (max) to beach & bars, harbour & marina about 10 mins away.

Worth the money.

Easy to find just up from the beach 10 walk into town, good carpark and free if you manage to get a spot. Great food and nice bar.

My room requires refurbishment and the car park is a bit difficult to park in when nearly full. Other than that the staff were good, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is well placed for both scenic walks and walks into Torquay.

The perfect location for Torquay beach and the Riviera Centre. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and a great breakfast - complete with sea view. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were outstanding. They couldn't do enough for us. They were great. We loved every minute. Would recommended it . Fabulous.

Saved by the pool

Two of the booked rooms were basically motel rooms which opened right into the car park. Both of which were right under the beer garden terrace which lead to lots of noise in the rooms. Niether of the motel style rooms had working heating, resulting in the staff having to provide a plug in radiator for one of them. This would have been fine except the rooms lacked accessible plugs in the first place. Notably there were also no fire evacuation details in either of the motel rooms. The rooms were showing their age and looked like they hadn't aged well. The only saving grace was the pool that the little one enjoyed as much as possible.
