Enter thru the French doors and you will find an open concept living and dining area.
There is a well equiped kitchen with a wall oven and microwave, 2 sinks each with garbage disposals, a dishwasher, a subzero fridge and a beverage fridge. The kitchen island is the home to the ceramic cooktop and offers seating for 4, the dining room table seats 6. Moving into the living room you will find a Tommy Bahama couch and chair along with 2 swivel chairs and a large wall mounted TV. To one side of the living area, you will find the Palm View bedroom with 2 Double beds and 3 nightstands. Walk into the hallway and you enter the Jack and Jill bathroom. There's ample counter space with oversized mirrors and a sink. The bath itself offers another sink, a soaking tub, glass enclosed shower and toilet and oversized mirrors. Leave the bath, continue down the hallway, and enter the Ocean View Bedroom which offers a king-size bed and stunning views of the Abaco Sea. On the opposite side of the house is the Master bedroom en Suite. A king size bed, a comfortable chair with ottoman and a large wall mounted flat screen. TV. The Master Bath has a glass enclosed shower, his and hers vanities each with its own sink, and a private toilet. The roman shades in the bedrooms and bath all have blackout liners. We also have a washer and dryer off the kitchen for your use.
Located on Winward Beach, this home offers a grassy front lawn leading to a sandy beach at low tide. Mature foliage on either side gives a sense of privacy. The home itself is surrounded by a wraparound porch complete with 2 patio dining sets seating up to 10 and rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.
While we are located on Winward beach with breathtaking views of the ocean we are also just a short walk to one of the most beautiful crescent shaped beaches in the Caribbean! A beachcomber’s paradise where you can find sand dollars, star fish and an abundance of shells.
There are multiple greenways you can use to access this sandy beach all within walking distance.
We also provide 6 beach chairs located in the large storage boxes on the porch for you to use along with beach towels that are stored in the Jack and Jill hallway.
After a day of sunbathing treat yourself to dinner and cocktails at one of the local restaurants
The Bahama Beach Club is within walking distance and is open for lunch and dinner-call ahead for reservations.
Sunset Pizza is a short drive and has eclectic cocktails along with tasty pizza and other menu items.
Treasure Sands will be opening soon with an upscale menu and dining experience.

Feed the pigs, charter a boat to deep sea fish, snorkel at mermaid reef just to name a few.

Sunrise is new to the rental market. My husband and I purchased this home in 2022. It withstood Dorian (the Cat 5 hurricane) one of only a few homes that did. We restored Sunrise but there are still a couple of items on our punch list.
The French doors leading out to the porch from the master and ocean side bedrooms are swollen shut. We are working on it, but everything happens on "Island Time" so currently the only access to the porch is thru the Livingroom.
The other small issue is the dryer-it works but it does not shut itself off when the door is opened during a drying cycle. Thats it....and that is why we are offering this beautiful home at a 20% discount.
