WhatsApp communications before booking made us aware of the services on offer. Replies to enquiries were very quick. All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel was spotless and well- maintained throughout. The Android TV in the room was a real bonus - we seldom get any English language TV in Spanish hotels. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was discreet and efficient. We arrived early, but were checked in straight away. Although our room wasn’t ready, we were messaged when it was available and our luggage had been taken to the room.

I had a quick overnight stay in Valencia and the Marques House was the best spot to take advantage of their fabulous location. Not only that, but the pre-arrival communication, the friendly staff, check in process, spotless room, and extra comfy bed made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was outstanding, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the strong smell that came from the lobby. It seems to have been covered up by a very strong perfume, so that added for a double odor. It may have had something to do with the outside, but it was a bit off putting in the lobby area. The room, however, seemed fine. Great location.

Amazing location on a quiet alley in the old town. Hotel staff and rooms are fantastic. Only issue is rooms facing the street are not completely dark at night due to exterior lighting and poor curtains.

Air conditioning in room didn't work. Was quite hot, interfered with sleep both nights. Complained about it three times. Hotel staff said they were working on it, but it was never fixed. Would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it.

It was a nice experience, the hotel is extremely central but in a quiet street, so you have best of both worlds. They also went the extra mile on my birthday which was super appreciated. The staff is multi-lingual and speak excellent, English, Spanish and Italian. (maybe they speak more).
