Bereits kurz vor Anreise erhielten wir von der Reception eine Email, dass sie uns erwarten und allg. Infos. Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Auch bezüglich unserer geplanten Städtereise konnten sie uns zusätzliche Hinweise erteilen. Auch das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und sehr fein. Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig. Dieses Hotel können wir bestens empfehlen.

Perfekte lage und vor allem sehr freundliches, aufgestelltes Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden immer wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr freundliches und kommunikatives Personal. Sowohl am Empfang wie auch an der Hausbar, Frühstücksraum (im Dachgeschoss mit Terrasse!) und Hauspersonal. Mitten in der Altstadt, nahe allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Restaurants und Caffés. Ideal für den Städtetrip nach Valencia!

The hotel was perfectly located. The room was comfortable, with a large modern bathroom, and all the amenities I needed, such as convenient outlets and USB outlets for phone charging. The bar was charming, the breakfast was excellent. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. I read a few comments about the small balcony, it is a typical European city balcony, not a beach resort balcony. You could hear people in the hallway, but not once they went into their rooms. Also very typical for any hotel. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
