Even before we arrived they made sure we knew parking arrangements because on the day we were due to get there, there was a festival with closed roads etc. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in good location. Staff were friendly and very helpful - especially Belen who was always happy to offer suggestions for restaurants etc. I really enjoyed my stay in Valencia.

The staff is amazing--very helpful and responsive. The hotel location is great--near the train station, the cathedral, main squares and shopping--but on a very quiet side street. The only criticism I have is of the AC in the room--it was extremely hot when we were there in early September and the AC was not adequate to the task. The addition of a ceiling fan (or an AC system with a more powerful fan) would help.

My favourite small hotel in València so far

Beautiful small boutique style hotel in old town area. I have stayed in a few hotels in València and this is so far my favourite in terms of style, location and price.

Beautiful hotel as well as the rooms, right in the middle of everything!! Breakfast was great and the bar was awesome as well, only issue was being woken up around 2am from the noise not only outside but also in the hallways of the hotel, I know the hotel staff can’t do too much about the outside noise but should be on top of it for the inside noise especially at 2am, regardless would stay again and happy with my choice

Best place to stay in Valencia IMO!

Impeccably clean hotel, with a great, friendly and knowledgable check in staff. The bar service and morning breakfast crews were also top notch. I booked this hotel because of the reviews I had read. I wasn’t sure about the location. Turns out that the reviews were right. It was a great hotel in a great location. A little mini mart (so to speak) out the front door. A clean laundromat less than 1 minute away (btw, the washing machines add their own soap, no need to purchase). So many bars, restaurants, shopping or bistros within a 5 minute walk in either direction. Truly a great stay.

The property is in the heart of the city qnd you can walk and see so much from here. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast that is included is very good. The staff were so kind and so helpful. Roberta helped us plan many adventures to the beach, a sunset boat tour of Albufera, dinners, etc. The only downside of this property is that you can hear everything in the hallway and outside, but even so, I would still stay here again!

Perfectly located in old town Valencia. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I will stay here the next time I’m in Valencia. I couldn’t get enough of their homemade granola for breakfast.
