For a different and totally unforgettable holiday. This gîte is perfect for total peace and quiet, in harmony with nature.
A stopover in green surroundings, in a place steeped in history and authenticity. Stone and wood offer a rustic, authentic charm.

This house is an 18th century dovecote. Renovated in 2005, it is round inside and octagonal outside. Built in orange brick.
There are no immediate neighbours, it is situated in the countryside on a farm.

Private garden and swimming pool, from June to September and depending on the weather.

Free parking all year round.
Electric car charging station 2km away.

Wifi on the property.

We provide (free of charge) a cot, changing table, bath, high chair, stair gate, potty, games, etc...
as well as 2 stair gates, games and books for young children.

For adults, there are also games and books.

A few metres away is our farm with its animals: cows, goats, Gournay hens (regional hen), rabbits and Normandy geese.
We grow cereals, flax, rape ... and even kiwis - yes, kiwis in Normandy!

The holiday rental is halfway between Rouen and Dieppe, with easy motorway access. The sea is close by.
From there you can discover the Normandy Coast (Dieppe, Eu, Pourville....) the cliffs, the beach, the port. You can visit Étretat, famous for its cliffs. Take a pleasant stroll through Veules les Roses (one of France's most beautiful villages). Stroll through the streets of Rouen, the houses to admire Colombages, visit the said magnificent Belfry "Le Gros Horloge" of 400 kg and clock with a diameter of 2.50m, the Majestic visit Gothic Cathedral, where the Church of St Joan of Arc in 1979 ...

The gîte comprises a kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric fan-assisted oven, 3 gas rings, an electric hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a bread board, a toaster, a kettle and a fridge/freezer.

Take a pleasant stroll through Veules les Roses (one of the most beautiful villages in France). Stroll through the streets of Rouen, admire the half-timbered houses, visit the magnificent belfry known as "Le gros horloge", a 400kg clock with a diameter of 2.50m, visit the majestic Gothic cathedral, or the church of Sainte Jeanne d'Arc, completed in 1979.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war sehr viel Platz innen wie auch im Garten vorhanden. Auch der Pool wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Wetter besser mitgemacht hätte. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt und auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Kann durchaus weiterempfohlen werden.
