Short, but great stay

It was a quick trip to Venice, but the accommodations were just what we needed. Very close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. Our host Fabiano was fantastic. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Venice.

Second time around

Our host greeted us and gave us a complete tour of the condo. Told us where everything was and explained how everything worked. Showed us map of the area and we're we could find find anything we needed. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone coming to Venice, Italy

Great location. Clean and cosy. Not a huge space but just fine for 4.

Very clean and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Super nice to not have to carry suitcases over any major bridges to get from the train station. Air conditioning was very appreciated. Owner was very accommodating and helpful with arrival.

A quiet space close to station in beautiful Venezia

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at Fabiano's place. Frederika met us promptly and got us set up. The place is modern, the two bathrooms were great to have, a/c was helpful and we were able to cook some of our meals in the pullman kitchen. Fabiano is an excellent host and communicates very well. An easy walk from the train or Piazzale Roma but off the beaten path and quiet.

Close to everything but far enough away from everything

My wife and I spent part of honeymoon in Venice and this rental unit was in a amazing location, close to the train station and a casual 30min walk the St Marks Square. The apartment was a two level loft and it was very well kept. We loved the location because when we wanted some quiet time this apartment is far away enough off the main street to accomplish that. Fabio and Fredericka were very much on top of our arrival and willing to answer any questions/concerns we may have had. I would highly recommend this rental property if your are a new or seasoned traveler to Venice. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking because vehicles are not allowed on the island. Odell

Grande propriété avec tout le confort.

Ce que je déplore, ce sont les indications sur l’adresse de la résidence. Car même Google Maps ne le trouve pas. Expliquer qu’après le 96, plus loin il y a 96A, 96B etc… Et même lorsque on trouve, tout au fond, le 96R bien il y a des numéros d’appartement comme 20, 18, 16 , etc. Et sur mon contrat de location, rien m’indique que c’est le 16. Alors 5 minutes pour le trouver se transforme en 30 minutes et plus, à la condition que l’hôte soit présent.

We waren met 5 jong volwassenen en het appartement was echt praktisch met 2 badkamers! Proper en modern en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Venetië in een kalme buurt.

Très belle location!

L appartement est très bien situé car il est à la fois au calme et à proximité de tout Tout est fonctionnel Juste le confort du canapé lit vraiment pas terrible et manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner Mais à part ça je recommande !

Appartamento ideale per famiglie

L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione ed è situato in una zona comoda per la stazione (5 minuti a piedi) ma comunque tranquilla. Il sestiere di Cannaregio in cui è situato offre molti ristoranti con tavolini sul canale, un parco con giochi per bambini, fermate del vaporetto per navigare sul Canal Grande o per andare a Murano e Burano, un piccolo supermercato, tutto a pochi minuti a piedi. Fabiano è un bravissimo host, molto disponibile ed accogliente. Consigliato!

Très bien !

L’appartement est très bien situé à quelques rues de la gare routière emplacement idéal pour récupérer les vaporetto. Il est très propre. Fabiano a été très gentil et a toujours répondu très vite à nos questions. Son amie frederike nous a attendu le vendredi soir à l arrêt du bateau qui nous amenait de l aéroport pour nous conduire à l appartement. Ils sont très flexibles sur les horaires. Nous sommes arrivées à 1h du matin et repartis à 16h le dimanche sans aucun soucis pour eux ! Le seul bémol est l église qui sonne à 7h tous les matins juste à côté et le canapé lit qui n’est pas très confortable pour dormir. Deux salles de bain et deux toilettes : parfait pour 5 personnes ! Merci pour ce séjour ! Nous le recommandons !
