The Rubens at the Palace

"We stayed one night with dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time for our breakfast ( approx 50 mins) Staff apologised about wait time which was fine but when breakfast finally arrived, it was cold which makes me wonder if food was actually ready but just wasnt brought out. We couldn't wait for food to be re cooked as had a train to catch .
The serving staff were very attentive but coldness of food spoilt our dining.
Doorman Pascal went above and beyond by directing us to our waiting transport some distance from the hotel, excellent customer service. "
