First time London visit - great location!

Our stay at the Royal Horseguards was lovely! The hotel is well managed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to wait a small while because our room was not available but an alternative room (perhaps slightly nicer) was offered. The location was great - walking distance to many key attractions. The neighborhood was nice. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful hotel. Room was spotless with a refrigerator that is automatically stocked everyday with water and soda. The underground is one block away and easy access to multiple locations in London. The staff were great and helpful with any questions. I will be staying here again.

The positive were 1. Bathroom-water pressure and hot water were outstanding! 2. Bed was very comfortable. 3. Drapes do blackout. The negative 1. The worst internet/WiFi ever. I have excellent WiFi service with my mobile phone. But even with connecting to the hotel i had zero bars and no phone service from room. Had to go to Lobby to call home. 2. The roll-a-way we needed for 3rd person works perfect for a 4'10, 12 year old but not an adult. 3. Check in was not very friendly.
