The Condado Plaza Hotel
The staff at Condado were lovely. I do think tourists need to understand that things move at a slower pace in Puerto Rico, and I was happy to be patient when waiting for food, coffee, or drinks because everyone was so polite, fun, and friendly. San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino

Condado Vanderbilt Hotel
A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat.
