The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded.

Staff was incredible. Room was a bit run down with the laminate curled up on the end tables. Cleaning staff was great the first night but didn’t clean very good the 3rd night… left dirty cups, etc. location was amazing. Pool area was very nice.

Staff was very friendly, food was great, but restaurant reservations are very hard to get because members get prioroty, and room service took over an hour each time. There periods during the day 11:00am to 12:30 when no restaurants are open inclusing the buffet.
