Lack of cleanlines and the fact that toilet was separate from the room did not please me. Location is excellent from the airport and to Expo center Rai. Its also very affordable but you get what you pay :)

Because toilet was not in the room, we had to go outside the room in the corridor in order to find it, and a little lack of cleanliness, but for everything else it was OK.

The pets at the hotel really added character and a nice extra to the hotel. Really enjoyed seeing the rabbits running round the lobby and the birds soaking up the sun!

Room was not cleaned properly when we arrived as we found rubbish from previous guests. Our room was not fully serviced the next day but was every other day. We had to go to reception for the TV remote controller as there was none in the room. The room was not provided with a sign to hang on the door to say 'do not disturb' etc. While the outside of the hotels (the hotel has two different buildings alongside each other) look like a 'factory building' the inside are pleasant and colourful. Breakfast was served in the 'other' hotel which meant you had to exit one building and walk to the next. The distance is short and we were told of this when we arrived at least. Fresh bread every morning and freshly cooked pancakes and omelettes were the highlight. There was no other hot food on offer at breakfast and only one kind of pastry was available. Fruit, cheese and cold meats were available plus the usual tea, coffee etc (but only out of a machine). The location of the hotel near the M and Train services was great. At night the hotel was very quiet, and the staff were very nice and helpful except with checkout - we wanted to checkout before breakfast and go straight to the airport but we were told we had to use our room key to get into the other hotel for breakfast which every other morning we did not need and in this case again did not need it. We were told we did not have to return to reception with the room key but when we tried to hand over the room key at breakfast we were to

Good value for money the only thing I would say is change the shower curtain a small it gets stuck to you when you shower or you turn the shower off because of leaning to forward

nice hotel close to Sloterdijk station, easy to commute to Amsterdam centraal. Lacks activities such as a bar and restaurant.

Modern, creative, vibrant and fun

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of entertainment to keep preoccupied stay. Free snacks and games available 24/7. The hotel was very modern and fun. A lot of thought into making the hotel fun and welcoming. Option to swapping housekeeping with free pizza or beer as a form of saving the environment.
