Bathroom is too small specially the bathing area. Rest all is good. Room size is good. The washbasin is too narrow, you cannot fill even a small water bottle.

Did not let me stay after booking with Ebookers

Booked on my phone app assuming il have few hours sleep but when I showed the guy my booking he said computer didn't have my booking which I was very upset about as I missed my flight but I managed to get a full refund You should update your systems in the future so you can take all bookings from 3rd party company's

Nice hotel

Overall hotel was not bad,15 min far from the central with the tram,staff wasnt very helpful, just the dark skin lady(sorry i couldnt remember the name) she was very helpful and super polite.

very pleasant

My experience was very pleasant, I was greeted by friendly staff members that answered any enquiries I had. Unfortunately when I checked out a different staff member that morning was abit sharp with her words and seemed very moody and I didn't leave with a good impression of the hotel

Basic, cheap, fine if you are looking for a place just to rest your head

Stayed here for 3 nights late last week. Staff: friendly and helpful. Location: 7min walk to nearest tram stop and a 10min tram journey to main centre. (10mins from airport one tram stop followed by one train stop) Room: very basic, beds were not so comfortable and the shower had no door, just a curtain. The room was absolutely freezing and the heating took a very long time to be effective. No hairdryer, fridge but no minibar or snacks. Cleaner woke us up every morning (between 7 and 8am). Despite all this, our stay was okay because we got a good deal and only needed a place to sleep at night as we were out the entire time. If I was to visit Amsterdam again I would choose a place more central.

Great for a week end break

Although you have to walk to get the tram into the city (about 8 mins) to the tram stop. They are very regular. . Takes about 10 mins but you can get on and off where you like.There were some steps opposite the hotel to go up to get to the tram stop, but if you cant do steps you can walk the long way round the back of the hotel to the other stop.

Wir waren im obersten Stock. im 6. Die Türe ist sehr schwer und wird von den Hotelgästen einfach fallengelassen, sodass das Zimmer förmlich vibriert. Es braucht Türstopfer, Dämpfer oder Ähnliches... Da man sonst aufwacht, wenn die ersten Gäste den Gang verlassen!

Freundliches Personal und gutes Morgenessen. Nicht so viel Auswahl aber gut. Mangelnde Hygiene in den Zimmern. Trotz Zimmerwechsel das gleiche Problem. Haare vom letzten Gast, klebrige Essensreste auf Fernbedienung. Unter dem Bett lagen Krümel, Nussschalen und ein Flaschendeckel. Der Spiegel im Zimmer war voller Handabdrücke und das alles in einem Zimmer. Wir haben Beweisfotos gemacht
