The staff were very friendly. Nice room but extremely small bathrooms which had been upgraded. Internet access excellent. I think a cup coffee and tea should be free of charge in the dining room, if you font choose a breakfast option. In the room there is no milk and cream so it would be nice.

The hotel was so easy to get to from the tram, and walkable to all the areas we wanted to get to. Staff were always really lovely, and our room was very cool and spacious.

From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding staff. I want to especially recognize Artem at the reception, whose professionalism and warmth stood out from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always ready with a smile. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to make sure every aspect of our stay ran smoothly. Equally impressive was Alejandro, the head of the restaurant, who went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, Alejandro ensured everything was perfectly organized, and he treated every guest with personalized care. Together, Artem and Alejandro elevated our stay to something truly special. We enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the surrounding area was pleasant. I’d suggest considering an earlier check-in time, as 3 PM feels a bit late.

Very nice hotel. It is a bit of a maze through but it was nice. There was alot of construction going on around the building and they started pretty early in the morning working. But overall property was very nice. Bathroom was good and view was great. Staff was very professional and nice

Beautiful hotel in a great area in Amsterdam. Stayed in one of the updated rooms and the bed was very comfortable. Some issues with the water pressure in our room and the water going off during the stay. The hotel staff were very nice.
