Staff is the greatest, property is well maintained. Conveniently located mear TRAM station. Again, staff is the greatest. Cool lobby to chill and have a drink or coffee.

Hotel is located in a very convenient area for shops and transport into the city centre. However, we had an issue with our card during to check in and the staff were very rude and no help on how we should solve it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they needed to be in the area for any reason.

I’m aware that the room was small before I booked it. I did not know the pillow was the size of a throw pillow and kinda thin. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and nice.

The area was quite nice and the staff was super friendly. I definitely suggest you rent a bike from the hotel as well as thhat is the best way to explore the city. When I make it back to Amsterdam this will definitely be my go-to hotel. Thank you!
