The staff was fabulous! So friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and the easy access to the train and trams. It is a busy area and needs better trash cleanup outside of the hotel. But the hotel was nice and clean and felt safe.

Nice property, free breakfast is a big plus. Location great, easy to get to Centraal, and the convenience store underneath is useful. The cleanliness was not great, however it didn't impact the stay too much.
