We loved our stay, it was in a perfect location We got given a feee upgrade which was a perfect birthday surprise Our room was downstairs which meant we heard everything, we heard the janitor getting stuff from the room next door, we heard people walking in heels upstairs, we heard something that sounded like someone was dragging a chair. The hotel was lovely just noisy!

We stayed for 3 days in March 2018 and had a really enjoyable stay in JL no76. From the moment we arrived and were allowed to check in early to our swift checkout, everyone was really nice and looked after us so well.

Friendly staff but disappointing room this stay

Friendly helpful staff. But room was disappointing compared to previous stays here. 1st room had no shower or chairs to sit on. 2nd room looked better but chipped paint coming off walls, when Jacuzzi bath turned on disgusting black fungus sprayed everywhere. TV in bathroom couldnt be turned on either, even when batteries in remote replaced. Breakfast was very good but quite expensive to add on to room rate. Disappointed overall on 4th stay at this hotel in great location in Amsterdam.

Rauhallisella paikalla, julkisilla helppo päästä ympäriinsä. Museoita lähellä niistä kiinnostuneille. Henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta ja osaavaa. Huoneessa tehty mielenkiintoinen tilaratkaisu, sillä kylpyhuone oli niin pieni ettei lavuaari sinne mahtunut vaan oli huoneen puolella. Mielenkiintoinen mutta ainakin meillä ihan toimiva ratkaisu. Huoneen ainoa huono puoli oli, kun huone oli katutason alapuolella ja henkilökunnan varastot sijaitsivat siellä, joten he ramppasivat siellä ja kaikki heidän toimintansa ja keskustelut kuuluivat HYVIN selvästi huoneeseen. Hiukan häiritsevää etenkin aamulla kun haluaisi nukkua.

Rauhallisella paikalla julkisten liikenneyhteyksien varrella, museoita lähellä niistä kiinnostuneille. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja osaavaa. Huone hieman mielenkiintoinen, vessa niin pieni että lavuaari ei sinne mahtunut vaan oli huoneen puolella. Mielenkiintoinen ratkaisu mutta meillä ainakin ihan toimiva. Huoneen ainoa huono puoli oli se, että kun huone oli katutason alapuolella, henkilökunta kulki siellä ja kaikki heidän puheensa kuului HYVIN selvästi huoneeseen. Hiukan häiritsevää varsinkin aamulla kun haluaisi nukkua.

There is a snowflake for the aircondition and a sun for the heater. You could have come to the reception as well, we have a lot of extra heaters. We are sorry that you did not know that.
