Good hotel to stay at when going to Disneyland.

The room was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tube were enjoyable. The continental breakfast was nice, lots of choices. Big rooms for large families. Wish there was more parking available. Walking distance to Disneyland.

If you’re looking for a great affordable hotel for your trip to Disneyland with your family, this is it. It’s one big block (8 minute walk) to Disneyland. Great hot and cold breakfast included with lots of options - eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles, fruit and cereal. Yes, the hotel is dated but it’s clean and everyone is friendly. Takeaway food options and chemist across the road. 7/11 downstairs so you can pack your snacks and lunch for your big day. We got the room with the extra lounge space and it was perfect for a family of 4. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great should have kept potatoes for every day but overall really good quality of food. Beds, pillows, and blankets you could tell were cheap wish those were more quality woke up with knots and cold. The AC after a while would turn off when we would come back we wish it stayed on the whole time keeping it comfortable to our liking. Everything else was awesome !

This was a great hotel, everyone was incredibly nice and respectful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints are the TV would not work and need maintenance a few times. Also, the back rooms of the pool courtyard were very loud until the pool closed.

The Desert Palms is a great place to stay especially if you are visiting Disneyland. A short walk up the sidewalk to the DLR entrance. Easy come and go. In addition, breakfast area on the 5th floor has indoor and outdoor tables. Breakfast was excellent and varied some each day. Stayed there 4 nights. Very nice pool and one of the best jacuzzis I have seen at a hotel. It really helped! Parking was easy and there were 2 levels, surface and an underground garage. Whole hotel and parking very secure. Room key needed to access front or back of parking access after hours. 7-Eleven next door, room service available, food hall adjacent. CVS and Walgreens across the street. Easy access off I-5, located at corner of Harbor and Katella, backs up to Incredicoaster over at California Adventure. Room was great, studio suite, pressure in shower was awesome. We are retired cast members from Disney World and will definitely stay here again upon our return to Disneyland!
