Quick weekend trip

Stay was really great we were able to get there early in the morning and not only park, but our room was ready so we got to settle in early before walking to the park. Near many shops and food choices, a little further walk down to Disney than I wanted but it wasn’t so bad. Little shop inside lobby where it’s self check out and 24 hr service was great for little things we forgot, or CVS is across the street. Friendly staff, doors lock to lobby at midnight and need key to get in. Overall great time

Desert Garden For the WIN!!

I took 2 of my Grandchildren to Disneyland for 3 days this past wk & stayed here for 4 nites. So happy I chose this hotel! Yummy free breakfast buffet which changed daily. Also a nice food onsite option offered many types of food w/several room service as well as eat there. Easy 12 min walk to parks was great. Always smells so good & inviting Nice pool & spa. Definetly will stay here again!

Cute towel elephant on the bed when we arrived! Great view of fireworks! Very reasonable walk to Disney parks! Good free breakfast and lot of options for restaurants in lobby with no fee for room service. Very quiet -- never heard any neighbors, though plenty of people were there at breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Mother/Daughters trip

Walking distance to Disneyland, the reason for our trip. Employees were super nice and attentive. AC and electronics in room worked great! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and convenient. Beds were a little soft to my liking but was able to sleep fine. Only thing My family and I were not big fans were of the food services they offered as in the restaurants downstairs, the taste/flavor was just not there for us.

Appreciated the very close walk to the parks (took five minutes or so) as well as close access to convenience stores for forgotten items. Also appreciated the free breakfast (the kids loved making waffles each morning), the pool area, and the microwave and fridge in the room. Granted, we didn't spend too much time in the hotel since the majority of our time was spent at the parks, but it had all that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Love the location and easy walk to Disneyland--you don't even have to cross a street. I also love the suite with two rooms for more privacy. The breakfast being included is also a wonderful addition. The price is also reasonable and a good value. We have stayed there before and would return. Areas for improvement: One of the rooms has the air conditioning in it so when the door is closed that room gets cold and the other room is too warm. The cold room has one thin blanket so we always have to ask the desk for another one (or two). Also, one room has a window into an atrium that has a light that shines all night directly into the window. Even when the shudders are closed it is still really bright.

Good area, convenient to the park, however, our beds were bad. Quite stiff and uncomfortable with butcher paper sheets. Maybe we just got some bad beds.

Okay for proximity to parks, could use updating

Hotel accomodations good, hotel amenities mediocre...Bed was comfortable and the pool was clean. Our room floor smelled like diarrhea even though I reported it. The smell never improved despite maid service. The room's bathroom is a nice size and the walk in closet is a plus. Breakfast is sort of gross and bland and gets borring because they serve canned fruit cocktail, powdered eggs, and frozen sausages every day, but other people seemed to think it was ok. Overall the hotel and breakfast menu could use a bit of a refresh but the staff was friendly and you can see their efforts to keep the facility clean.
