I’m not one to leave a negative review unless my family and I were mistreated. We had a booked 2 rooms for 3 night here just recently. It was a fire training / family Disneyland trip. We complained about our room smelling with nothing being done,our AC wasn’t working properly to no solution, that’s how they work the lady said l. we asked why the parking spots were being saved buses and not one day or night did we see a bus in the back. Other than the gentleman who work the evening shift. Everyone else was rude and disrespectful. We will not be using this hotel again.

The hotel was fine- it was clean, staff was friendly. What we really disliked was how loud our room was. We faced the street and heard cars, horns, and sirens all night. We also had kids above us and beside us running around and screaming until well past midnight. We’ve stayed three times before and didn’t have this issue, but we won’t book here again.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly! One of the elevators was out so you had to wait longer but it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay there again.

Great not perfect

Hotel was good location. No hot water early in the morning for the shower . Could’ve just been our room. Saw a roach in the hall. The breakfast was phenomenal before crushing Disneyland and California adventure. We called front desk about the roach and they immediately took care of it.

Our neighbors were loud and stayed up both nights making noise until about 2am. Also, our tv wasn’t working properly which did damper our evenings trying to unwind.
