It was an ok stay. They now charge for parking and that’s on me, I should’ve checked. They don’t offer blowdryers which also I should’ve checked but I guess since all places now have a small one I just figured they did too. It also states that they clean your room every day, they don’t. It’s every 2 days.

The staff was great! The only thing that i had a problem with was the AC, looked like the filter needed some cleaning and the room was very muggy. The room I stayed at was a double room that had a door connect to the other room and it qas vwry loud, you can hear everything. I did travel with my 3 children. Overall, the stay was still pleasant, shower, beds and refrigerator were great no problem. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here many years and it will be the last years and it will probably be the last time. The entire floor smelled of weed, we only received two towels and half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. The next day, we asked housekeeping if we could get another roll of toilet paper, and we were told it was not our housekeeping day. We stayed five nights and I had to ask for new hotels under our fourth night as well as more toilet paper. Housekeeping was very rude.

Our shower broke & it took 2 days for maintenance to come out only to tell us it was not repairable. We had to move to another room…and that room was worst than the 1st. Air conditioner barely worked. Air conditioning screen wa broken so metal was sticking out. Definitely a safety hazard. Trash in corridors was over flowing & the property in general smelled like dog poop. Will Never stay here & would never recommend.

The room we were assigned was on the first floor by the pool. The room was ok but definitely needed the bathroom to be renovated. We arrived and was told we would be charged extra for parking - $24.50 a night. The adjoining room was very noisy but quieted down after midnight so we could sleep. Breakfast was not included but we brought bars and our mini Keurig. A coffee maker was included in the room but we prefer to bring our own. Close to Disneyland, restaurants and the volleyball tournament we attended.

Uninhabitable room – health & safety concerns • Fire sprinkler covered in ~1 inch of dust • Floor severely warped from obvious water damage • Bathroom door warped and damaged from water exposure • Room felt unsanitary and unsafe to stay in Front desk refused a room change and would not provide a manager. Completely unacceptable condition for a paid stay.

I checked in late the first night and our room was really hard to find because they didn’t have correct signage around. And then when we found our room, we had a really hard time getting into it because the door was jammed and we had to try multiple times with shoving our bodies into the door to get it open. We went straight to bed and in the morning used the rest room which the toilet was leaking. When I reported the issues that morning we were told that since we didn’t report that night when we checked in that they couldn’t do anything about it. They said they would send someone to look at the toilet and they never did. Water was all over the floor and it was a safety hazard. Multiple ice machines at the hotel were also not working. And it was $70 for parking for our time there and I wasn’t aware we’d have that extra charge.

Room I booked was not ready for my stay the after I had all my stuff in the room and all organized I realized the bathtub wasn’t going to hold water so I called and they said they could move me rooms which I had no choice so after packing up all my stuff moving to another room which had issues as well but after moving my stuff the second time I didn’t want to go to another room. And I wasn’t just here for one night or so was there for 5 days so I was very disappointed with this since I had issues with my room door with opening and locking all week hope to make future visits but something needs to be done
