Satisfactory for a short stay

The shared bathrooms were left in quite a mess by other guests. Towels on the floor were wet as well as the floor itself. I think each guest should be provided with a quick mop to leave the bathroom ready for the next occupant and a shower mat given to each room so as not to share them. Besides that the rooms were fine and the layout nice but the window in the top of room 2 allowed light to enter so when guests came in at 4am, light shine through waking us all up. Fridge was layer out well and place was vey accessible

This place is a lie, the photos they publish on their site are false, there is no security of any kind, when I got to my room there was a person sleeping in one of the beds, so I had to wake him up and tell him to leave There were 4 of us and we had to sleep 2 in a 1-person bed. The smell in the room is unpleasant. This garbage is not recommended to stay in.

Would not recommend when travelling to Barcelona. We checked out after 1 night. Glass on door to room which when the sensor light went off in the hallway lit up room all through the night. Worst bed we have slept on in Europe. Construction on wall of room started at 8am with no prior warning from hostel (hammering and grinding the bricks). Inconsistent communication when trying to check in prior to arrival to Barcelona.

We enjoyed our stay at Birdhouse but there were a couple of concerns. The floor was so dirty and had clearly not been vacuumed so there was a lot of dirt that stuck to our feet and would eventually end up in our beds. In one of the rooms, the beds were resting on wooden crates, but because they didn't secure the whole bottom of the bed, your back would slip down between the crates and it would make for a very uncomfortable sleep. The aircon was always very cold at night, and there were no duvets or blankets provided, only top sheets. However, when we did request these, they quickly provided them. No issues with response time of staff or anything like that. The balcony was very nice, and it was great to have a kitchen to cook. Some instructions on how to use the stovetop would be very helpful.

Nous Ă©tions au Bird House rue Urgell, 3eme Ă©tage, chambre 9, famille (1 lit double et 2 simples). Ça ressemble Ă  une collocation : 4 chambres, 2 salles de douche / wc et un espace commun avec cuisine. Les photos que l'on a vu sur le site n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© prise lĂ  oĂč nous avons dormi ! TrĂšs limite au niveau de la propretĂ© : joints noirs, pommeau de douche rouillĂ©s, pieds des lits branlants, matelas plus qu'usĂ©s.... 3eme Ă©tage et rue extrĂȘmement bruyante, j'avais l'impression de dormir la fenĂȘtre ouverte.... Pas de volet, mais de simples rideaux, limite voilage.... Déçus pour le prix ....

Eine gute Unterkunft in ordentlicher Lage mit sehr guter Bus-Anbindung zum Flughafen. Die Altstadt ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man gut angebunden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, weshalb es recht ruhig war. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war fĂŒr 8,00 € nicht sehr angemessen. Es gab ein kleines, nichtssagendes Sandwich und einen kleinen Kaffee. Wir konnten es aber problemlos fĂŒr die ĂŒbrigen Tage stornieren. In den unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche CafĂ©s und SupermĂ€rkte, weshalb die Selbstversorgung möglich war. Auch das Angebot in der Unterkunft einer GemeinschaftskĂŒche hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind hell und groß. Das „französische“ Bett hatte leider nur eine Decke, was aber vermutlich normal, fĂŒr uns aber gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig war. Auch mit dem Check-In und -Out hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, obwohl wir immer außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption unterwegs waren. Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Bilderna pÄ hemsidan var INTE tagna dÀr vi bodde. Vi blev riktigt besvikna. SÄ slitet överallt, mögel i dusch, dammigt smutsiga, dörrar /vÀggar. Förvisso stÀderska en gÄng om dagen, men ÀndÄ. SÀngarna var ok. Men det var det enda som var bra.
