Excellent apartment

I stayed in the hotel with my family for 3 nights, we were in 5. The hotel was quite comfortable and the location is great, only a few minutes walking to a metro station and the Sagrada Familia. There's a 24 hours small shop on the same street but I'd recommend going to the other supermarket or lidl during business hours, as the price on the 24 hours can be more expensive. The check in machine at the entrance is great and easy enough to use. The apartment can accommodate 6, however it doesn't give people a lot of privacy, the doors to the rooms are not thick, so all the noise in the living room/kitchen goes everywhere. The street noise can be quite loud too. The reception gives free dishwasher and washing machine tablets, oil, washing up, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and toilet paper. There are lockers and we could leave our suitcases in the there and come back to pick it up, even after the reception closed, which it was quite handy for us. On our welcome letter it said that if we needed any docs printed we could send them to an email and pick it up at the reception, we sent out boarding passes and the receptionist printed all them in 3 pages, 3 boarding passes were on the same page and she insisted that was the only way she could do it, even after we told her that would be inacceptable at the airport. I told her I'd complain about it and she said that was the policy and there was nothing she could do about it. In the end we ended up taking pictures of the boarding passes and sending 5 emails to her with one boarding pass in each email so she could print one per page. This was quite stressful as it was close to out check out time and we ended up wasting our last hours trying to figure it out. The print wasn't great and when we got at the airport the company had to reprint out boarding passes. The wifi connection was very bad, was only possible to check maps, emails and messages. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona, not in a large group though.

Not bad

Good accomodation, well located, easier with family. Clean from dust and kitchen perspective, bathroom, shower room old and rusty, dirty corners with old leaky shower head with lime scale blocked pores. Over 5 days we were told would have cleaning in between. Despite asking, only beddings and towels changed, no proper cleaning done. Parking cost an extra 69.99 9EUROS, as had to get a 7 day parking card in public car park.

Family Comfort and Convenience

Excellent facilities very close to Metro and within walking distance of Sagrada. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was perfect for the four of us. Rachel the receptionist made our stay very enjoyable providing advice and ensuring we had everything for our stay. She also tickets for the bus. Her help was fantastic. location is great for eating and viewing. Don't miss the old hospital. great building. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfecto !

The whole family was impressed with the apartment. Location was great, right by metro and walking distance to the Gaudi Cathedral. Very clean with all requirements. ! Would recommend to everyone .

Great for families

Really struggled to find somewhere for my family to stay as we have 2 teenage children, but this place was much much more than we could have expected, Great location near Sagrada Familia and close to a metro station, supermarket and plenty of eateries.

Great value for the family

Was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the accommodation. Location was very close to La Sagrada Familia but a very long walk from all other locations. Would have benefited from some advice from staff about good places to eat as I don't think we managed to find the best places. Cafe in ave Guadi was great for breakfast. Would definitely return.

Good value

My family and I enjoyed our time at this apartment very much. It is quite well located and the room itself was clean and had all of the amenities that we would normally expect. The reception staff were helpful and friendly too. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Excellent Accomodation. Perfect location.

We had a beautiful time in this 2 bedroom apartment, it was so convenient for our family of six. We spent a week and it was like home. The reception staff are very helpful, especially Victor who is like an angel, always smiling and willing to help out.
