Nous prenons note des évaluations qui nécessiten plus d'attention pour améliorer le service. Nous sommes surpris du commentaire que l hôtel "a pris un coup de vieux". Il a été rénové il y a 4 ans: salons et chambres. Nous réitérons nos excuses et espérons avoir l'occasion de démontrer notre service.
