Hotel was conveniently located as many attractions were within walking distance. Our room was large by European standards and had a large deck. Would definitely recommend abd would stay there again.

There was water leaking from the ceiling every time the AC was on. Leaked over the floor every day and night we stayed there. We put towels and pillows on the floor. The staff said he couldn’t fix it until after we left. He tried but water kept leaking from the ceiling on to us. :( noisy hotel and thin walls. Will not stay here again.

There were no wash cloths and no bottled water or coffee service. The bed mattress was too firm. The staff was very helpful. Our room was not horrible, but a bit below average.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. We loved the location - very central to everything! We were able to walk most places during our stay. Free bag storage after you check out was a bonus! Would highly recommend.

Convenient location of hotel, friendly staff. Although we were not given the room that we paid for. Given a double instead of a twin. The staff at the desk seemed unbothered by their error, said they would change it and never did, they did not follow up or check in with us. I expected better service or at least providing an arrangement of a room that we paid for.

Beautiful hotel

When booking a 2 star hotel I didn't have much expectations. But Constanza hotel has exceeded them all! Beautiful interior, super comfortable room, very big and with a private terrace. It also has a fridge which was very handy.
