Great location, very friendly staff, cute boutique hotel. The breakfast spread was very good with amazing selections. The negatives were that it is very noisy (thin walls) and hotel is on automatic heat during winter months except 4th floor where you can control the temperature. After 2 nights of overheating, we asked to be moved the the 4th floor and they did without any issues. I just wished we would have known prior to checking in. I would come back and stay!

I stayed 3 days two night I had to hear all the noise of the school besides which starts at 8 am and the second night it was 9pm and the kids where still shouting!!! I went to the lobby and people couldn’t resolve it at all. It was until the last night that the manager could change my room and he was very kind but o would not recommend stayin there if you get any of the rooms in the back of the hotel. In fact they told us was given an upgrade of my first room and it was really fair nothing special. One other thing the A/C of the hotel was turned off and the heating on. That should only depend on the guest preferences

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they let us check in much earlier than expected, which was such a nice surprise after a long flight. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, the location is perfect — close to everything, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Hotel ICON Barcelona! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Chaima, who was especially kind and attentive—she really made a positive impression.

I had a lovely clean room with a little deck. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The towels & bathroom amenities were nice. I was given a robe, which I believe came with the VIP Expedia booking. The downside was smelling cigarette smoke off & on in my room. I did tell the management (as I wondered if someone was smoking in one of the rooms). They checked it out but found no reason. I felt listened to, even if the situation was unresolved. Hotel is within walking distance of main attractions. The metro is also nearby. Staff were wonderful; friendly & very helpful.

We had such a lovely time at the Icon BCN this July! The staff were so warm and welcoming. The front desk was always ready to help with city maps, suggestions and even booked lunch reservations for us upon arrival. The breakfast area was beautiful and the hotel provided a vast selection of delicious foods. The service during breakfast was also amazing, and Chaima who tended to our table was just wonderful. Last, but certainly not least, the hotel’s location is stellar! We were a group of 9, ages ranging from teens to seniors, and we walked to almost all the major sites.
