Great room, exactly like the photos. Staff on Reception were friendly and offered to take luggage whilst room was being prepared which helped for some hassle free sightseeing. Breakfast was great as well with a wide choice of food - cold meats, some hot dishes, breads, jams and coffees. Lots of space in the breast room as well so easy to find somewhere to sit and move around.

Hygiene

I found that the soap container is not user friendly. It needs a lot of effort to squeeze the liquid out. Also it’s not hygienic as you have to touch the squeeer with your hands after going to toilet. In the breakfast area, I noticed a lady wearing a plastic gloves sweeping the floor as well as touching the food handle. I hope she has sanitized her plastic gloves before handling the food. Overall it’s not bad staying in this hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. Location is great in relation to the Sagrada Familia. Also close to a metro stop so getting around the city was easy. Rooms/common areas were clean. All of the staff was so lovely, friendly, and helpful that I’m sure we’ll be staying again on our next adventure.
