Great, convenient location. However my room was pretty dusty... maybe just not used for some time in the current Covid situation, but I would have expected more care. The fixtures and fittings are tired, and could do with a refurb. Also, and no fault of the hotel, the bars on the waterfront were very noisy until very late... followed by loads of boy racers revving, screeching and sounding their horns in the carpark immediately below.... not ideal. All in all, it was ok, but I'll most likely try elsewhere next time.

As i've stay in this hotel previously. The staffs are always friendly & on hand to help. Resturant food always hot & a very good varity of choose of food.

Service with a sneer! It's ok but in need of rejuvenating. We were unfortunate to have someone in the next room listening to loud music until after midnight. The biggest disappointment. was that the shower didn't work. I went to reception and felt that the woman on duty was telling me off for not having phoned to get it sorted. She acted as if showers not working was absolutely no cause for concern!

Need to have air conditioner, Wifi too slow

Pros: Free parking
Cons: Air conditioner in the hotel room, improve the wifi
Location: Nice location, black country history.
Reasonable comfortable, but the booking agents have not passed proper information. When I booked through the agent, It included Wifi and breakfast, but when I reached the hotel, they told me it was not included until I showed them my booking particulars. Also from the booking information, I though the hotel room would have the air conditioner, but it is not the reality.

Arrived after a 4 1/2hr journey to find they given my room to someone else! Noise from event in adjoining suit went on till the early hours with fighting and arguing outside the suite. Breakfast was a shambles went to check out and they were still calling me by the wrong name! Obviously the name of the person they had given my room to initially. Having said all that the room was ok but wouldn't stay there again
