Dear Guest, Im sorry to hear that there have been some issues with your stay. We do have additional bedding on request, if we can welcome you back at another date please just contact the reception at any point if there is something you require. I can only apologise on behalf of the noisy guests that have kept you up, we do hope that our guests are respectful to other guests during their visit but this is not always the case. If you would like to contact the hotel further with the details of the room you were in we can certainly get that creaky bed looked at.
